This is the diet I use when prepping for IVF, stimming and during egg retrievals. I also stayed on this diet during my transfer cycle too. The diet is an anti-inflammatory diet, much like a Mediterranean diet. I did a lot of research to find out what would optimize my egg quality, reduce inflammation in my body and maximize my fertility.
